Situated in the heart of Southern Costa Blanca, Villa Martin, is an ideal location for a holiday in the sun. The Villa Martin Plaza is just a 5 minute stroll from the apartment and is a wonderful square to be enjoyed both night and day. There are numerous bars and restaurants as well as a well stocked supermarket, banks, shops and a medical centre.

Within a 10 minute drive you have a choice of glorious blue flag beaches such as La Zenia, nearby you will also find the quiet bays of Campoamor and Cabo Roig. If you wish to venture a little further afield the beaches of Calblanque near Los Belones are a site to behold. Miles and miles of empty pure white sand admist an amazing mountain backdrop.

Of course you cannot ignore what this region is famous for, some of the best golfing in Europe. Villa Martin itself is a challenging and undulating par 72 championship standard course of over 6100 metres. Three more courses, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and La Finca are all within a few miles of Villa Martin. A further 15 challenging course are also within about an hours drive away.

The coastal playgrounds of Torrevieja, Alicante and La Manga are within easy reach. But if you are looking for a bit of real Spanish culture and history the towns of Murcia, Elche and Cartagena offer visitors a wonderful experience. With great shopping, restaurants and cultural sites, all within a one hour drive.
